Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, customs processing, or events outside our control.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel in real time.

2. Delivery in Spain & the EU

All orders within Spain and the EU are delivered directly to your home address. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or deliver your parcel to a nearby pickup point.

No customs fees apply for orders within the European Union.

You can track your parcel at any time using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

3. International Delivery (Outside the EU)

Orders shipped outside the European Union include full tracking and are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.

Customs or import duties may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

4. Pre-Order Items

If a product is marked as a pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page.

You will be notified by email as soon as your pre-order item has been dispatched.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or you notice an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the outcome.

Please retain all original packaging and take photos of any damage, as these may be required for the courier's claim process.

6. Responsibility

Once the parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
