How quickly do you respond to customer questions?

We respond to all messages and emails within 24 hours on business days. If you contact us over the weekend or on a public holiday, we’ll get back to you on the next business day.

Our Products

What makes your products special?

All Kiburon products are designed and curated by us, and shipped directly from our warehouse in Barcelona. Every item goes through a quality check before dispatch. We look for the balance between design, durability, and functionality — products you’ll actually use every day.

How do I return a product?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. To get started:

  • Contact us at support@kiburon.com with your order number
  • We’ll review your request and send you return instructions within 24 hours
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, without signs of wear or unnecessary damage

My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damage

We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible, either with a replacement or a refund.

What if something is missing or I received the wrong item?

Please contact us straight away with your name, order number, and a photo if needed. We’ll fix it quickly — your satisfaction is our priority.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods: credit and debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and Stripe.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain.

How do I return a product?

How long does order processing take?

Orders are prepared and packed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

How long does delivery take?
  • Spain: 2–4 business days
  • European Union: 5–8 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days depending on destination

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs depend on your destination and are shown at checkout.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Yes. Since all products ship from our warehouse in Barcelona, your full order arrives in a single package.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If the address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number. We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch. Once the order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Order Tracking

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package at any time using the link provided.

Why isn’t my tracking number updating?

Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If it still hasn’t updated after that, please get in touch.

Tracking says my package was delivered, but I haven’t received anything.

Sometimes packages are marked as delivered just before they physically arrive. Please:

  1. Check with your neighbours
  2. Look around your letterbox or front door
  3. Contact your local postal service

If you still can’t locate your package, reach out to us and we’ll help.

Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer.
