All Kiburon products are designed and curated by us, and shipped directly from our warehouse in Barcelona. Every item goes through a quality check before dispatch. We look for the balance between design, durability, and functionality — products you’ll actually use every day.

Yes. Since all products ship from our warehouse in Barcelona, your full order arrives in a single package.
If the address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number. We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch. Once the order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package at any time using the link provided.
Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If it still hasn’t updated after that, please get in touch.

Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer.
