Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, here is how our returns process works.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
2. Refund & Return Options
In accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days and receive a full refund. We also offer two additional options:
A) Full Refund
You are entitled to a full refund of the product price to your original payment method.
- Processed within 2–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Original payment method (card, PayPal, etc.)
- Shipping costs are not refunded
B) Exchange (Recommended)
Swap your item for a different size or color, subject to availability.
- Your replacement will be shipped once your return is received and processed
- If your preferred item is unavailable, you will be offered a full refund or store credit
C) Store Credit — Best Value ★
Receive a KIBURON Gift Card worth 110% of your return value — more than a standard refund.
- Delivered via email within 24 hours of return approval
- Never expires
- Can be used on any future purchase
3. Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in original condition and packaging
- Be free of stains, odors, or damage
- Be returned within the 14-day window
We do not accept returns for:
- Items showing signs of use
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items without original packaging
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or incorrect (see Section 6).
- Instructions for returning your item will be provided after your return request is approved
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service — KIBURON is not responsible for lost return parcels
5. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@kiburon.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and photos of the item
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and choose your preferred option (refund, exchange, or store credit)
6. Processing Times
- Returns are processed within 2–7 business days after arrival at our facility
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within this period
- Exchanges and store credit are issued immediately after return approval
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover all costs and arrange a replacement at no charge to you.
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
- Return shipping will be fully covered by KIBURON in these cases
8. Legal Notice
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Spanish consumer protection law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), customers retain the statutory right to withdraw from their online purchase within 14 days of delivery and receive a full refund. This policy does not limit or override those statutory rights.
