Returns & refunds
If a qualifying order is returned or refunded, the related affiliate commission will be cancelled or deducted from the affiliate balance.
Cancelled orders
Cancelled orders do not qualify for commission.
Self-referrals
Affiliates may not earn commission on purchases made by themselves through their own referral link.
Fraud
Fraudulent transactions, artificial referrals, misleading activity or attempts to manipulate affiliate tracking are not eligible for commission and may result in removal from the program.
Discount codes
Affiliate links may be used alongside eligible Kiburon discount codes unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Discount code use does not guarantee commission attribution when another affiliate, advertising channel, coupon site or tracking source is involved.
Attribution
Affiliate attribution is determined according to Kiburon’s current tracking and attribution rules. Where multiple marketing or affiliate touchpoints are involved, the qualifying referral will be determined by the tracking system and Affiliate Program Terms.
Brand usage
Affiliates must represent Kiburon accurately and may not make false, misleading or unauthorized claims about Kiburon products.
Paid advertising
Affiliates may not bid on Kiburon branded search terms or impersonate Kiburon in paid advertising unless they have received explicit written permission.
Disclosure
Affiliates are responsible for clearly disclosing their affiliate relationship where required by applicable advertising, consumer protection or platform rules.

How long does the affiliate cookie last?
The Kiburon affiliate tracking window is 30 days. Eligible purchases made within 30 days of a qualifying referral click may generate commission, subject to the program attribution rules.
When are commissions paid?
Eligible commissions are paid monthly once your approved balance reaches the €50 minimum payout threshold.
What happens if a customer returns an order?
Commission is only payable on qualifying completed purchases. If an order is returned, refunded or cancelled, the related commission will not be eligible for payout.
Can I purchase through my own affiliate link?
No. Self-referrals do not qualify for affiliate commission.
Can customers use a discount code?
Eligible Kiburon discount codes may generally be used with an affiliate referral unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Commission eligibility remains subject to the Affiliate Program Terms.
Can I promote Kiburon on social media?
Yes. Approved affiliates may promote Kiburon through eligible social media channels, websites and other approved platforms in accordance with the Affiliate Program Terms.
Do I need to disclose that I’m an affiliate?
Yes. Affiliates are responsible for clearly disclosing their relationship with Kiburon wherever required by applicable laws, advertising rules or platform policies.
Does applying guarantee acceptance?
No. Every application is reviewed by Kiburon and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
